Welcome to the 'Channel Cat' Band Website       

   The 'Channel Cat' band plays a blend of Harmonica Driven Jump Blues, Rockin' Rhythm and Blues, Rockin' Roll, Reggae Blues, Covers and Original music.

The Band is lead by veteran harmonica player / vocalist Woody Balsimo,  whose aggressive harmonica style evokes the energy of his audience. 

Gordy Peters:  Vocals and Guitars.   Gordy's strong vocals and rhythm guitar playing gives texture and dynamics to the Channel Cat blend.

Sonny Henry:  Drums / Percussions.  Sonny's been playing 'Jump Jive and Wail' in previous bands and is no stranger to the dance style rhythms.

Dave Schmidt : Bass  Guitar / backup vocals.  Dave's a guitar player turned bass player and is doing a mighty fine job of keeping the rhythm chops alive.
